CMS iRacing Team Endurance Championship with more leagues we plan on joining in the near future. Today, we even compete in real life racing, with 5 SCCA cars, a stock car, and numerous karters. Along the way we have brought on real life racing drivers like Evagoras Papasavvas, Jagger Jones, Albert Morey, Ryan Kane, and Charles Ayers. Throughout our existence, we have old drivers leave and new drivers join, learning ways we can improve with each one, no matter what, we have always helped drivers obtain the experience they want and need.
Founded in 2020 by Paul Graser. The main use of the team was to compete in the iRacing Nürburgring Endurance Championship. The team quickly transitioned to being a group of guys looking to compete with each other in iRacing’s major events. However, when Michael Tanagretta joined the team, a vision was created. We stated a mission which was to “help new drivers start their sim racing careers and assist them in joining bigger teams”. We have always had the goal to help others improve. Founder
Paul has always been a fan of motorsports. Sparking his love for racing with Formula 1 and then expanding to sports car racing and other motorsports. Paul got his first sim racing wheel in 2019 and fell in love with being a race car driver. He founded The Organization in 2020 at 15 years old and quickly set a goal to help other new drivers develop a career in sim racing. He hopes to start a real life racing career starting July 2023 and is planning to attend George Mason University in the fall of 2023 to study mechanical engineering.

Ryan while not a lifelong fan of motorsports found his passion for it during the COVID-19 lockdowns. Starting down a Formula One rabbit hole this eventually led to a burning passion for anything with four wheels and an engine and pushing that vehicle to its limits. First with his Toyota Avalon and when that lost its bite he turned to the computer where he found a love for Sim-Racing. Since then the rest is history, today he spends his time blending his love for motorsports and his passionate drive for politics while studying at Florida State University.

Matt "Dexter" Cook started racing with his Dad in 2022 and began sim Racing with The Organization in Spring 2023. Competed in iRacing Endurance special events and a league or two. Looking to get into real racing with his father for 2024.
